Deliberately choosing to change the breathing patterns we can start to unlock some of those patterns so you have the vitality to take authority over more areas of your life.
Similar to the mystical “runners high” breathing, sitting still can also help people move into a flow state of creativity and healing.
Psychology always follows physiology.
In result, we can change the status of our bodies through movement, sound, breathwork or physically changing our spaces to create the access to psychology and the choices we make to change our lives.
What to Expect:
Intention & Release
Each session is a unique and customized experience where you can address specific concerns in your body, work on areas of your life causing you difficulties, or simply seek relaxation. You’ll be comfortably positioned, either lying down or sitting, and I’ll conduct a thorough body scan. During the session, I’ll employ a range of techniques and tools, including sound healing therapy, essential oils, smudging, and healing crystals to realign and rebalance your body’s energy.
By the end of your session, you’ll receive personalized recommendations and homework to help you continue your journey towards well-being. You’ll also receive a list of observations based on the unique experience of your session, allowing you to better understand the changes and benefits you’ve received.
What is Sound Healing?
Resonate
In these private and group sessions, I utilize a variety of healing tools, including crystal singing bowls, bells, chimes, rattles, and metal bowls, each resonating at a different frequency. These instruments are carefully selected and played in an intuitive pattern to address and release any stagnant or blocked energy within your body. The resonance of each instrument is thoughtfully chosen to facilitate the flow of energy and encourage a natural release.
Through the harmonious interplay of these singing bowls and rhythmic breathing techniques, you can experience a profound release of stress, illness, or any other burdens you wish to let go of. The combination of these healing sounds and mindful breathing creates a transformative experience, helping you find balance and vitality.
