" I met Raschel at a class she was offering around energy clearing over a year ago. I knew that I needed her to come to my house to help with some off energy in our household. We have a full and sometimes ever changing household so it is important to make sure our house can flow at its best. Being new to energy clearing Raschel took her time to walk me through the process and let me know what was going on in each room and offered suggestions on how to continue to increase and maintain the energy once she left. "I had never heard of Breathwork or Sound Healing. The day I met Raschel even draws to memory, I was agitated, nervous, hopeful and unsure what to expect or what would be expected of me. Let me tell you – nothing will prepare you for what happens. I’d like to try and describe it, but I think the magic is something you have to experience for yourself, as I experience it daily. After my first session, I didn’t notice at first, but the second or third day later I noticed my jaw wasn’t clenched as tight when I woke up in the morning, I wasn’t grinding my teeth as much at night.
